Edit: A Taoist answer to make me feel better. If something feels wrong, no matter what kind of flow it is, it probably is wrong. So, even if you feel that putting your hand in fire is the right thing to do, but it hurts, you probably shouldn't do it. So I should probably stop talking in the hopes of making something better.
