Back again to Metal Mayhem and then Hackers... What's up with those thin, transparent keyboards, all lit up with their square buttons and rounded edges... It's such a trendy concept, it makes me want one. It would have to be a big, wide plate that makes the obligatory juffm beam sound and light up when I press a key. Certainly, a cracker's dream board of keys.
Oh yeah, wouldn't it be cool if those keyboards could accommodate dynamic layouts... You could always use one of those touch screen monitors but those are big and messy (all those finger prints...)
And just because I'm listening to it now, the background riff in Duran Duran's Save a Prayer sounds like something out of Final Fantasy... I mean really. Every time I hear it I think video game dungeon.
