Lazy or Ignorant?

To those who wear sandals or flip-flops in the cold, cold weather... Are you lazy or just ignorant of how cold it is outside?

Then again, you might say cold is an experience, and if they don't experience it, they wouldn't know and thus cold wouldn't exist. Ahh....
